About Us

MOTTO: Excellence for the Common Good

St. Christopher's Preparatory School is a small, private facility located on the beautiful, tropical island of St. Kitts. Though it is in Basseterre, the capital of the island, the school's compound is private and scenic, providing the ideal environment for learning.

Following the principles of Home Schooling, education is delivered in a nurturing environment, in which each student's spirit of inquiry is free to blossom. Classrooms are cosy and homely, and colour coded to inspire creativity.

The student body ranges from Kindergarten to Grade 11, in class groupings of: K-Grade 2, Grades 3-4, Grades 5-6, Grades 7-8, Grades 9-11. Maximum school occupancy is in the range 50-55 students. The average class size is 10 students.

Students are prepared for all standardised subjects and tests of the Ministry of Education.
